Frigile ego
Written from a perspective of a woman
Males may portray themselves as the most powerful creatures alive, acting as though they do not care about anything. In fact, studies have shown that even slight alterations in the environment have a significant impact on one's ego and sense of worth. "A man's inability to perform well irritates his ego enough; when you add the fact that his partner is performing much better, it wears him down mentally and destroys his self-esteem."
When a woman enters a world where men are constantly competing with one another, the perception of the majority of men is altered. Relationships between people, both personally and professionally, can be greatly impacted by the fact that a woman is performing better than a male. The idea that a woman might ever do anything better than him makes him feel inferior.
In a relationship, the roots run deeper, and men who are less successful financially or otherwise than their spouses tend to have worse self-esteem. His relationship changes due to his mental insecurity that a woman might be a better family provider and possess more potential than he does, whereas this does not appear to be the case for women.
Your daily persistence and resolve are affected by fragile self-esteem. Without willpower, there is only one direction to go: down. Men appear to take it negatively and damage their self-esteem when women perform tasks that men can perform. Small examples of this daily include having a driver versus driving yourself, being physically weaker than a woman, etc. Men are taught to be superior, stronger, and smarter than women from the moment they are born throughout the remainder of their lives. The male self-esteem is therefore questioned and, most of the time declines when circumstances emerge where a woman is doing or has done better.
Self-esteem is a very personal issue that is entirely reliant on the circumstances one has experienced throughout your life. However, there is no question of failure when the bulk of these lean in one direction. What would your self-esteem be like in a society where women are in charge? Do you believe you could live in a society where all of your views were constrained by laws and regulations that you had to follow in order to keep things like your family name hidden from shame?
So let's all embrace it and learn to preserve our self-preservation and self-esteem regardless of our environment, as women have done for ages. Let's strive for a future where men and women are treated equally, even though it may seem difficult. If you are aware that your surroundings are not ideal for the future, try not to let them affect how you feel about yourself.
